Hotel valet parking is $20.
1. Upon arrival, please scan the check-in barcode at the venue so we can confirm you are on-site and ready for your performance.
2. If you have trouble checking in with the barcode, please ask Jamie, Athan, or one of the show producers for help so they can check you in manually.
3. Please be tuned and ready at least 10 minutes before your song. Pay close attention to the songs being performed so you know when your timeslot is coming up. We will not be calling names on the microphone or tracking people down.
4. If someone from your group is not available as your timeslot approaches, make sure the rest of the band is informed. Everyone is included in the song group emails, so feel free to exchange contact info before the show if needed.
5. This venue is smaller and more relaxed than some of our larger shows, but please still stay aware of the setlist order and be ready when your song is coming up so we can keep the night moving smoothly.
Please arrive early to support your fellow musicians. Don’t forget to share the event with friends, family, and music lovers — they do not have to be performers. The more support in the room, the better.
The venue offers a great selection of drinks and tasty food from a third-party vendor, so please check it out while you are there.
Your promotional material can be found in the MEDIA ARCHIVE. Feel free to reshare photos, videos, and flyers, tag the photographer, tag POPROCKZ LIVE, and add us as a collaborator when appropriate.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY MIC STANDS FROM THE GUITARISTS. There are cables and guitar pedals on the floor that can easily get unplugged or damaged. You are welcome to take the microphone off the stand, but do not move the stand itself.
Any gear you need us to add during your set must be requested in advance to avoid last-minute confusion before going on stage.
🎸 Guitarists:
If you need extra pedals or accessories, such as a wah, in-ear monitors, or anything else, please let us know in advance. The FX unit includes a pitch shifter block available for both guitars. Wah, whammy, and pitch shifter pedal options are available for G1.

🎤 Vocalists:
A teleprompter with lyrics will be positioned in front of you and controlled by a foot pedal near your mic stand. It has BACK and NEXT buttons, and all song lyrics will be in order.
🥁 Drummers:
The breakables — cymbals, kick pedal, and snare — are provided by us. Please be mindful when using them.
🚨🚨🚨 IMPORTANT NOTE:
This venue has a more intimate setting, so drummers must be extra mindful of dynamics. Please play as quietly as possible to help the sound engineer achieve a balanced mix and make sure singers can hear themselves clearly in the monitors.
