– PARKING:

Free street parking is available on Sunset Boulevard. Also, right across the venue there is a public parking lot, sometimes you might get lucky and find a spot there.

Valet parking for the hotel is $20.

– LOAD-IN:

Upon entering the hotel entrance on your right you will see the venue area. Please feel free to drop off your instruments on the left all the way to the corner, where the guitar stand is located, or right side of the stage where the DJ / Hotel Ziggy booth is.

– TIMESLOTS / STAGE CALL:

1. Upon arrival, please CHECK IN with Jamie or Athan or one of our stage managers.

2. Be tuned and ready at least 10 minutes before your song. Pay close attention to the songs being performed so you’re aware of your timeslot. We won’t be calling names on the microphone or tracking people down!

3. If someone from your group isn’t available as your timeslot approaches, make sure the rest of the band is informed. You’re all included in group emails—feel free to exchange contact info if needed before the show.

– EVENT REMINDER

Please arrive early to support your fellow musicians! Don’t forget to share this event with as many people as possible—they don’t have to be musicians. The more, the better!

The venue offers a great selection of drinks and tasty food from a 3rd party vendor, worth checking out!

– GEAR

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY MIC STANDS FROM THE GUITARISTS! There are cables and guitar pedals on the floor that can easily get unplugged or damaged. You’re welcome to take the microphone off the stand—but do not move the stand itself.

Any piece of gear you want us to add during your set PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE, to avoid any last minute confusion prior going on stage.

🎸 Guitarists:
If you need any extra pedals or accessories (like a wah, in-ear monitors, etc.), please let us know in advance. The FX unit also includes a pitch shifter block available for both guitars, wah, whammy and pitch shifter pedal for G1.
🎤 Vocalists:
A teleprompter with lyrics will be positioned in front of you, controlled by a foot pedal near your mic stand. It has BACK and NEXT buttons, and all song lyrics will be in order.
🥁 Drummers:
The breakables (cymbals, kick pedal, and snare) are provided by us, so please be mindful when using them.

🚨 🚨 🚨 IMPORTANT NOTE:
This venue has a more intimate setting, so drummers, please be extra mindful of your dynamics. Play as quietly as possible to help the sound engineer achieve a balanced mix and ensure singers can hear themselves clearly in the monitors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

– RECORDING OPTIONS:

We usually have a camera in front of the stage recording your performances – keep in mind it takes more than a week for the footage to be available to you but as soon as it is, you will be able to access it by clicking the “PROMO FLYERS & 🎥 ARCHIVE- OneDrive” button on our main page.
